A recent performance by the British rock group Coldplay in South Korea was a part of their global tour called Music of the Spheres. BTS member Jin attended the concert together with the fans. The singer took the stage with the band and sang his popular songs, “My Universe” and “The Astronaut.”

In no time, a number of the show is footage went popular after appearing online. Jin appeared on stage with a placard that said, “Pick me, please,” in one of the clips. Would you mind if I sang “The Astronaut”?

Lead singer Chris Martin of Coldplay knelt on stage and read the poster. Jin kneeled in reply, making the same gesture. The pair subsequently performed My Universe and The Astronaut together.

New Delhi:Coldplay, a British rock band, recently stopped in South Korea as part of their global tour called Music of the Spheres. Jin, a member of BTS, attended the concert in addition to the fans. The singer sang his big songs “The Astronaut” and “My Universe” with the band after joining them on stage.

A number of the program is videos quickly became viral after appearing online. In one of the videos, Jin appeared on stage with a banner that said, “Please pick me up.” Will you join me in singing “The Astronaut”?

Chris Martin, the lead singer for Coldplay, knelt on stage and read the poster. Jin kneeled in return for the gesture. Later, the two of them performed My Universe and The Astronaut together.

In another video, Chris and Jin had a fun conversation. The Coldplay singer said, “We are Coldplay, the second-best band in the world. BTS may be number 1, I think!”. To which, Jin replied, “Oh no! I don’t think so”.

Chris continued, “We missed you, man, you’ve been in the military, but you still look so handsome. Look at this beautiful man. Ok, my brother. Well.. two years ago, or two and a half years.” Jin said, “We performed together 2 years ago. Before I went to the military, the last performance was Coldplay. And my first concert was Coldplay.”

Jin is currently gearing up for his solo music comeback. The singer will release his second studio album, Echo, on May 16. This follows his first solo album, Happy, which was released in November last year.

Meanwhile, Coldplay still has shows lined up in South Korea, after which the band will head to their next stops in the United States, Canada and England.
